No tarps, plastic, or any other covers allowed on RV’s.
Speed limit in park is not to exceed 5 mph.
Owner has sole discretion whether to evict a renter or not. Renter will be given ample notice to remove RV from park.
You are responsible for insurance on your camper, vehicles, and personal property.
Dew Drop In RV Park is not and will not be responsible for any RV’s, vehicles, or any other personal properties which may become lost, stolen, or damaged due to fire, theft, wind, vandalism or any other acts beyond our control.
Quiet time is from 9:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
Sites must be kept clean and uncluttered; this includes cigarette butts.
Rent is based on two adults (if more than two adults, additional fees may apply).
Rent must be paid in advance. There will be an additional $5.00 late fee for everyday past due date.
All garbage should be bagged and put in the dumpster.
Children are to be attended at all times.
No parking in or blocking of empty sites is allowed. Limit of two vehicles per site; including cargo, utility or boat trailers, and no pools. No exceptions.
No washing of cars or trucks.
No fireworks, ATV’s, firearms, and no illegal drugs are allowed.
If your RV has any form of water leak, it must be repaired immediately or you will be disconnected from our water.
October 1st to May 1st, you must have a heated hose or proper heat tape and insulation from faucet to trailer. No exceptions.
Pet Policy
No outside pets.
Dogs are allowed outside on a hand held leash and dog waste must be cleaned up.
